Validate and book invoices timely and accurately;Timely manage collection/payment posting and clear daily basis; AP_GR clear on weekly basis and follow up on monthly basisPrepare payment&collection information for SAFE and follow up unpaid customs declaration, declare and update the delay paymentPrepare monthly AP& AR aging report, AR&AP forecast, for cash planningYearly audit preparation work, yearly transfer pricing documentation&report data&report providing workOther tasks delegate from Superior
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or economicsMinimal 2 years working experience in finance accounting filedpreferred AP&AR experience in Share service center platformSAP AP&AR skillFluent English Communication skillGood Excel skillsOwnership in mind an anti-pressure Solve the problem on daily basisWilling to take new task or challenge in AP&AR teamAlways be patient to work & people, Self-possessedWork with logic thinking
