Tasks

Conduct on-site safety inspections regularly, stop any safety violations immediately. Put forward suggestions for improvement and supervise the rectification, complete the inspection report and follow up to eliminate the potential safety hazards.定期对现场实施安全检查，发现违章隐患，立即制止，提出改进意见并督促整改，完成检查报告并跟踪，消除安全隐患。Be responsible for the PPE management, regular check and replace; manage and check protective device, fire-fighting equipment and potential accidents.负责员工个人劳动防护用品的管理、检查和更换工作，负责防护器具、消防器材和事故隐患的管理和检查工作。Train new employees on company-level safety education; support each BU to finish L2 and L3 safety education trainings for workers on site.负责完成新员工的公司级安全教育培训工作，协助各业务部门完成一线员工的二级、三级 (L2、L3) 安全教育培训工作。推进相关的安全标准化管理工作。Verify the safety qualification of sub-contractors, supervise to sign the safety protocols, be responsible for safety education training after admission, and check safety management regularly during construction.负责审核项目分包商的安全资质，督促落实安全协议的签署工作，负责入场后相关的安全教育培训工作，施工期间定期检查其安全管理工作。Support to create safety operation procedures, support to compile safety technical operation regulations; supervise and inspect their implementation.协助制定安全操作工艺，协助编制安全技术操作规程，监督检查其执行情况。Count and report casualty accident, participate in accident investigation and analysis to prevent reoccurrence.统计并上报伤亡事故，参与事故的调查和分析，杜绝重复发生。Make yearly safety audit plan for installation projects, conduct EHS safety audit on project installation sites, make audit report, follow up the implementation of improvement measures.制定年度安装项目的安全审核计划，负责项目安装现场的EHS安全审核工作，完成审核报告，跟踪各项改善措施的落实。Provide compliance and technical support for the sustainable development of the company's BUs, support to finish the compliance work such as safety assessment, environmental impact assessment and occupational health assessment etc., identify and avoid risks; be responsible for maintaining the relationship with other parties.为公司各业务单元的可持续发展提供相关的合规性、技术性支持，识别并规避风险；协助完成相关的安评、环评、卫评等合规性工作，负责对外相关方的关系维护。Promote the implementation of the company’s safety policies, safety rules and safety management tools within the organization; create, implement and continually improve the safety management system; establish the safety culture of “prevention first”.负责推动公司的安全方针、安全政策、安全管理工具在组织内落地，建立各项安全管理制度，负责实施并持续改进，建立预防为主的安全文化。
Required qualifications

Bachelor degree in civil/environmental engineering or other engineering major.土木工程/环境工程等工程类专业学士学位。5-10+ years experiences on EHS management; hold experience but is not limited to plant, engineering installation and laboratory EHS safety management.5-10年以上EHS管理经验，具有但不限于工厂、工程安装和实验室安全管理的经验。Good English, both oral and writing.英文书面及口语表达熟练。Familiar with but not limited to EHS related laws, regulations, GB/national standards, industry standards, technical standards, etc.熟悉但不限于与EHS相关的法律、法规、国家标准、行业标准、技术标准等知识。Strong MS Office skills.具有熟练使用微软Office软件。Pay attention to details, quick response, strong safety awareness and EHS philosophy for internal and external customers.关注细节，快速反应，面对内部和外部客户，具有强烈的安全意识和EHS理念。Good organizational and planning skills.具有良好的组织和计划能力。Good at communicating and listening, and good at handling conflicts and complaints.善于沟通和倾听，善于处理冲突和抱怨。Have the spirit of ownership, work passion and sense of responsibility, dare to make decisions.具有主人翁精神，有工作激情和责任感，敢于做决定。
Preferred qualifications

With working experience in an engineering company, preferably in a foreign company.有在工程行业/公司工作的经验， 有外企工作经验者优先。Registered safety officer certificate is preferred.有注册安全员证书优先。
