Tasks

Organizing site-logistic for Buhler-supplied equipment 组织安排公司设备的安装物流工作Preparing for start of site-installation做好安装调试前的准备工作Supervising site-safety of installation workers and equipment 监督管控现场, 确保人员及设备的安全Controlling site-installation quality, time and progress监控现场安装质量, 安装时间和进度Claim/Cost/Change Management 现场损控, 成本管理及变更管理Documentation and reporting 文件及报告类工作Communication & coordination between/among Buhler, customer and subcontractor 布勒、客户及第三承包方之间的沟通和协调
Required qualifications

Colleague degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Grain Process 大专以上学历，机械工程或粮食加工专业Experience in the flour, rice, feed or oil plant 具备面粉或大米或饲料或油脂工厂的工作经验Good English skills both in oral and written 良好的英语口语和书面交流能力Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D, Excel, word and Power point 熟悉CAD/MS Office 办公软件的基本操作Familiar with engineering flow sheets/diagrams, all kinds of drawings 熟悉工程工艺, 阅读各类工程施工图纸Familiar with assembling the equipment and piping connecting 熟悉设备装配和管道连接Must be self-motivated and be able to motivate team members 自我激励与激励团队成员Team-oriented, process-oriented, open, flexible, independent 良好的团队合作, 过程导向精神, 开朗, 灵活的处理问题, 能独立开展工作Willing to travel 愿意出差
Preferred qualifications

More than 3 year equipment erection or maintenance experience in grain processing or chemical engineering industry is preferred 有三年以上粮食加工或化工行业的设备安装、维护保养经验者优先
