Two leading market and technology companies – Premier Tech in packaging and Bühler in grain and food processing – are now establishing a fifty-fifty joint venture called Buhler Premier Tech to create new cost-effective packaging solutions and achieve greater success in the global market.

This position is based in Wuxi, the labor contract will be signed with the new company.

Tasks

Plan and follow up on the teams" workloadEnsure respect of deadlines for Product development to ManufacturingPrepare the service"s operational budgets Maintain link and ensure smooth relations with other services (sales, product lines and customer service)Ensure efficiency of all product line and service activitiesEnsure customer satisfaction Develop plans for continuous improvementEstablish and implement measures to ensure the overall success of the product lineSuggest strategies to maintain the product line"s leading edge and competitiveness, and to ensure its expansionDevelop, communicate and apply action plans to achieve the product line"s vision and objectives
Required qualifications
